Uploading files greater than 8 MB is not allowed through game panel website.
You can upload your files through any FTP tools like Filezilla, WinSCP ..etc
Download the FTP tool from their websites

Use Details from your Game panel FTP page to connect to your files using FTP tool
IP address/hostname, port [21], username, password and other details available are at FTP page of game panel
